A CLEAR BASIS FOR WORKING TOGETHER

Authorised data, agreed controls

We agree secure transfer, access, confidentiality, retention and deletion arrangements. Client approval is required for third-party processing.

Transparent professional boundaries

We provide reconciliation and support schedules. Tax filings, formal tax or audit opinions and final claim decisions remain with the client and authorised professionals. Recoveries and tax outcomes are not guaranteed.

What is needed to start?

A discovery discussion and authorised sample order, settlement and bank exports, together with fee terms and your main reconciliation questions. Please agree a secure transfer method with us before sending business records.

Can we begin with a defined pilot?

Yes. A scoped pilot can assess source completeness, matching quality and report usefulness before a recurring or project engagement. The written scope confirms fees, cadence, turnaround and responsibilities.

04 / LET’S TALK

Let’s make your
receivables clearer.

Start with a conversation about your channels, current reconciliation gaps and the reporting your finance team needs. We will agree scope and data requirements before onboarding.
